We have a diversified team of trainers that has decades of experience in training employees of Fortune 500 companies across the globe. They include Sharon Drew Morgen, the author of New York Times Bestseller “Selling with Integrity, Sales on the Line, and Buying Facilitation: the new way to sell” and the pioneer behind the visionary sales paradigm the Morgen Buying Facilitation Method®, Savita Wakhlu who has been training employees at JP Morgan Chase, IBM, Morgan Stanley in the US to name a few. They are led by Renu Mattoo who heads training at Momenta and has decades and hours of training experience behind her.

Renu Mattoo(Head of Training)
Ms. Renu Mattoo is an English (Hons.) from Delhi University , and a Post Graduate from XLRI, Jamshedpur , where she was awarded the Hindustan Lever Scholarship for both years, and also two gold medals – The Abdul Bari and The Kumarappa – for academic excellence.
She taught post-graduate management students at XLRI for nearly 16 years. In addition to her teaching responsibilities, Renu was also faculty head for placement from 1980 to 1992. Students and companies both credit her with XLRI’s excellent placement record during that period.
Renu started consulting in 1992. Executives from over 500 companies in India and abroad have attended Renu’s in-house and public training programs and those conducted through business federations, such as DMA and CII.
Ms. Mattoo came on board Learning Zone on being thoroughly enthused by the vision and groundbreaking ideas possessed by the team. She has committed to further developing a culture of all-round excellence in the Training Solutions Division at Learning Zone.
Anto Vincent(Associate Consultant)
Anto Vincent has 33 years of work experience in the H.R. field. Has been associated with corporate giants like Union Carbide, MRF, Alstom and Ford India. In Alstom India (erstwhile English Electric/GEC) held position of Chief Executive – Human Resources , had the distinct privilege of being the first Vice President – Human Resources of Ford India.
Anto Vincent had handled wide spectrum of HR assignments during his career. He is functional expert in all facets of HR management. Designed Compensation system, Performance Assessment process, 360-degree process, Personnel Development Committee, Pay at Risk schemes etc. at Ford India. Launched all HR practices for the green field site.
Anto Vincent is a powerful trainer in the area of NLP, communication, motivation, Team building, Personality development, Negotiation skills, change management, Interview Skills, Industrial Relations, “Bringing forth the best in employees” and youth empowerment.
John Antony
John has conducted senior management programs on strategy and service excellence in Asia and Europe, namely, Germany, Italy, China, Hong Kong, Macau, India, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore.
In addition, his consulting experiences include the development of management development programs, the design and deployment of comprehensive performance and compensation management systems. He was also instrumental in the design and implementation of comprehensive employee surveys, design and implementation of training systems as well as development of HR Frameworks.
John has conducted programs and seminars on human capital management as well as trained management teams on issues like leadership, managerial competencies. He coaches selected senior management to learn management skills and people management capabilities.
His consulting and training experiences include helping organizations develop corporate statements (vision, mission & values), craft service strategies, improve service processes and standards, and create team synergy and service partnership via training interventions.
He has done extensive work on strategy implementation, especially balanced scorecard (BSC) development for organizations in the financial, automotive, manufacturing/high-tech and retail industries.

John was appointed as an Honorary Aide-de-camp to the President of Singapore from 1997 to 2001.
Vivek Singh
Vivek has worked on business advisory roles with Indian Small and Medium Enterprises for business and financial planning, business reorganization, private equity funding facilitation, joint venture due-diligence and roll-out of expansion and diversification plans.
Some of Vivek’s long standing clients include large corporations viz. Shell, Total, Gillette, Huhtamaki, BP, VanLeer, Mahindra & Mahindra, Ceat, Siemens, Henkel, Indian Oil, Bharat Petroleum and more than 100 medium and small companies
He is B.Tech and MBA with over 12 years of professional experience with Tata Consultancy Services, Mahindra & Mahindra and Andersen Consulting before starting-up the firm Monarch Management Services in technical collaboration with Monarch Business Services, UK in 1995. In 2003, in wake of business reorganization, the firm was rechristened Metanoia Consulting Private Limited. He is a Motorola University certified Six Sigma Professional, ISTO Certified ISO Standards Professional and Du-Pont Safety Resources certified Safety Professional
He has conducted more than 100 in-house and 50 open training programs on varied topics and subjects viz. Process Approach, QHSE Management Systems, Good Systems, Auditing Practices, Integrated Management System, Statistical Methodologies, Structured Problem Solving Methodologies, Risk Assessment, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Systems, Strategy Deployment, Benchmarking and Best Practices Assessment.
Savita Wakhlu(Consultant)
Savita Wakhlu, the Founder- Director of Jagriti Communications. She is a first class Mechanical Engineer, with over fifteen years of experience in designing and delivering outstanding training interventions and a well known Trainer and Consultant. Savita worked in Engineers India Ltd. As a Management Trainee and later as a faculty at Regional Engineering College, Srinagar for three years. In 2003 Savita along with her family relocated to NY, USA. She has been training personnel of Fortune 500 companies such as JP Morgan chase, IBM, Morgan Stanley.
